Layout of Studio Facility for Sale or Lease

Below you can see the layout of the entire complex. The studio rooms are near the front entrance for easy customer access. There is a bar and lounge area with a great raised platform for entertaining clients. There are several more rooms to expand operations or even bring in another business to make a multi-media mega-house. There is a full kitchen and bathroom area with working bath/shower, plus an area for doing laundry with full hook-ups.

Here you can see the layout of the inner and outer walls of the studio room. It is very well isolated by a room-within-a-room type construction. Complete with a full 1-inch of glass between the Studio and Control Room.

There is a separate rooftop commercial-grade A/C unit on the roof which provides plenty of cooling for these two rooms. This system is on a totally separate electrical system from the main studio.

There have also been significant modifications made to the electrical system for the studio. The system has been meticulously grounded to a single copper rod driven far into the ground. It has provided years of whisper quiet operation for all of our studio gear.

All of the track lighting and recessed lights are on digital dimmers to help provide just the right ambiance for any given mood. In the control room there are also two concentrated skylight systems that provide plenty of natural lighting, but they can also be covered as well if you need darkness.
